STUDIO EQUIPMENT AND ROOM RENTAL

The studio has four rooms.

  • One room dedicated to the Gyrotonic method, equipped with 4 Pulley Towers, 2 GYROTONER®, 2 leg extension units, 1 jumping Stretching board and 1 ARCHWAY™
  • One room for classes without equipment (Gyrokinesis, Yoga and Pilates) available for rental for independent professionals equipped with the appropriate material and one Pulley Tower
  • One beauty care room dedicated to The Wellness Beauty Institute
  • One beauty care room available for hourly rental to independent professionals

The studio offers private, duo and group classes, treatments and room or equipment rental.  It also hosts the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis continuing training courses as well as NATIONAL Gyrokinesis CERTIFICATION.

GYROTONIC GYROKINESIS TRAINER
discovered the Gyrotonic method thanks to which she was able to gradually recover all of her altered mobility. Strengthened by this experience, she developed a passion for the method and trained intensively for three years in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. At once gentle and dynamic, Cécilia is attentive, listens carefully, and is ready to adapt classes to your needs.

Christine TULPIN

GYROTONIC & GYROKINESIS TRAINER
A nurse practitioner, Christine trained in the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods in Paris, Annecy and Buenos Aires with Régula Gadient, Nathalie Longeville Pasquier and Sandra Messina. Passionate about Argentinean tango and specialised in faschiatherapy, Christine is dedicated to listening attentively to better understand each person’s specific challenges. Available in the afternoon, she will help you to find the A track and space in your body.Passionnée de Tango Argentin et spécialiste en faschiathérapie, l'approche de Christine est très à l'écoute des problèmes de chacun. Disponible tous les après-midi, elle vous aidera à trouver la voie et l'espace dans votre corps.

Juliana OEST

GYROTONIC TRAINER
Professional ballet and neo-classical ballet dancer and dance teacher, Juliana has practiced Gyrotonic for many years in her native country of Brazil. Upon arriving in France, first in Paris then in Annecy, she decided to train in the method and teach. With her strong sense of rhythm, Juliana offers dynamic classes. A movement perfectionist at heart, she also gently brings a great deal of accuracy and precision to her classes.
