GYROKINESIS AND GYROTONIC TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AROUND THE SAME MODEL AND TAKE PLACE OVER ONE YEAR WITH SEVERAL WORKSHOPS

CONTINUING TRAINING : LICENSE AND UPDATE
The first License is valid 3 years from the start of the Foundation course, then it is renewed every two years with a continuing training “Update” course
CONTINUING TRAINING IS:
- A Gyrotonic and/or Gyrokinesis licence valid 2 years
- Renewal of the licence with a minimum of 1 course every 2 years
- Training and refresher courses all year long
GYROTONIC AND GYROKINESIS TRAINING: FOR WHO ?
Gyrotonic AND Gyrokinesis training programs are open to all.
SPORTS PROFESSIONALS:
Degree from the Sports and Youth Ministry
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS:
Ministry of Health degree
DANCE PROFESSIONALS:
State degree issued by the Ministry of Culture
RECONVERSION:
You will need to consider a diploma or VAE (Validation des Acquis)
People with disabilities are especially welcome as students in the Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic training method. They can very significantly benefit from the positive impact of the method, for themselves and as transmitters of the method.
