A GYROTONIC and/or GYROKINESIS valid 2 years
- Cost : 100€ every 2 years per license
- Renewal of the license with 1 Update course every 2 years
- Cost of 3 day update course : 350€ + 180€ studio fee
- Training and refresher courses throughout the year

TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE PROGRAMS, YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED IN GYROTONIC LEVEL 1 AND/OR GYROKINESIS LEVEL 1
Depending on your interests and activity sector you may specialize in certain areas.
You may choose among more athletic, more therapeutic or more artistic approaches all of which are complementary. It is up to you to complete your training program depending on your project goals.

We organize intensive courses and complementary training in our studios and invite Master trainers from all over the world on a regular basis.
The continuing education courses on SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT* can, for example, be organized with a minimum of three people.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to do an intensive course that is not on the schedule.

Most of these courses last 3 days and you will receive a participation certificate.
The GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS Level 2 programs, and JUMPING STRECHING BOARD, GYROTONER, LEG EXTENSION UNIT and ARCHWAY equipment are a genuine training program. They last several days, and several modules and you will receive a degree enabling you to teach them.
These intensive courses and training are all valid as an Update and you must do at least one every 2 years in accordance with your license. You are of course free to do more
The International GYROTONIC Headquarters is very strict with regard to the usage of the method. You may only teach those themes that you have studied within the framework of these courses or training programs.
Both the GYROTONIC Annecy & GYROTONIC Côte Basque centers are equipped with the entire GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM.
We invite Master Trainers from all over the world to come and share their knowledge and experience with all.
Many workshops are organized on a regular basis.
You may organize workshops based on specific requests with the required minimum number of people.
Workshops and courses on SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT can, for example, be organized with a minimum of 3 people.
